- Confirming a booking
- A booking is held once availability is confirmed and the agreed payment is made.
- Cancellation
- Cancelling 48 hours or more before arrival returns the payment in full. Cancelling inside the last 48 hours is not refunded.
- Registration
- Guests provide valid identification so the stay can be registered with the authorities.
- Deposit
- Where a unit carries a deposit, the amount is set in the contract and returned after the unit is handed back and inspected for damage.
- Quiet enjoyment
- Units are for residential use, and neighbours are not to be disturbed.
